Share the warmth of our traditional wood-fired sauna with a welcoming community while enjoying the freedom to cool off in the beautiful waters of Oysterhaven Harbour between sauna rounds. These sessions encourage genuine connection, quiet reflection and mindful relaxation in one of the most scenic coastal locations in Cork. Whether you choose to chat with fellow guests or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, every session follows your own pace. Many of our visitors arrive as strangers and leave feeling part of the Myhaven community. Duration: 60 minutes

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before your scheduled sauna session or failure to attend without notice will still incur the full session charge.
